• Tap the screen to initiate counting.
• Position your face close to the iPhone screen (upper part) for accurate tracking.*
• Alternatively, count by tapping directly on the iPhone screen.

Active Energy Calculation:

For example, using METs of 3.5, a weight of 50 kg, and a duration of 10 minutes: (3.5 - 1) x 50 x (10 / 60) x 1.05 = 21.86 kcal.
