User Instructions:

 <li>Place the iPhone on the floor.</li>
 <li>Tap the screen to initiate counting.</li>
 <li>Position your face close to the iPhone screen (upper part) for accurate tracking.*</li>
 <li>Alternatively, count by tapping directly on the iPhone screen.</li>
</ul>

Active Energy Calculation:
For example, using METs of 3.5, a weight of 50 kg, and a duration of 10 minutes: 
(3.5 - 1) x 50 x (10 / 60) x 1.05 = 21.86 kcal.

Optional Permission Requests:
